There are many instances in Panola County, MS and areas around Enid Lake near Grenada, MS that this same scam was used and people's lives destroyed by Joe and Joan Steed. They were famous for selling property they had already sold to other people and this is a fact. When I contacted an attorney to represent us, I was told they were the worse crooks to ever hit the area from Memphis, TN to Jackson, MS.

There is nothing that can be done for this area now but I hope and pray that the people so effected in Utah can rest easy by knowing they are in jail and cannot hurt another state by doing the same ugly crimes they have committed. .When they get in too deep in one state, they move to another with the same unending scams.
